Your simplest answer to the question of "What Time Zone are you in?" is to enter a single string. If you're in North America, the most common answers are:

Canada/PacificUS/Pacific
Canada/MountainUS/Mountain
Canada/CentralUS/Central
Canada/EasternUS/Eastern
...not to forget Canada/Newfoundland, US/Hawaii, and US/Alaska; and several more. If you are not in the above time zones, try entering one of the following:

America/ Europe/ Asia/ Africa/ Australia/ Indian/ Pacific/

...for a list of cities; you will probably see one in your timezone. Then enter that name.

Worst comes to worst, just enter a question mark, and work through the whole menu of nearly 2000 possibilities.

Arguably, it doesn't matter what you answer; unless you start programming your bsdwall to change the blocking rules depending on the time of day or some such, it doesn't need to know what time it is.
