  1. E-mail: message from one sender to one or more recipients
  2. Mailing List: group discussion carried out with E-mail; every message goes to all.
  3. USENET: Every "news posting" is readable world-wide.
  4. Log-in: Many libraries and other services require no password.
  5. File servers: Provide file libraries. Include: FTP, gopher, WWW.
