My (Soleil Lapierre's) web site currently resides at an HTTP server provided by the Calgary Unix Users' Group (CUUG). I pay CUUG an annual fee for the use of their resources. CUUG requires compliance with their terms of service, and to the best of my knowledge this web site does not violate those terms.
My web site contains assertions, opinions and discussion which may be considered offensive or inflammatory by some. Such content does not in any way reflect the attitudes or opinions of CUUG, and represents only the attitudes and opinions of myself, Soleil Lapierre.
My personal website is currently built on the URL "http://www.cuug.ab.ca/~lapierrs/", and consists of all the text, images and other material residing in that path and subdirectories.

The characters described in the Techno-Organic FAQ are owned by the Marvel Comics Group, as are the images of the characters visible in the HTML version of the document. The images are used without permission.

The background images for my Kraftwerk pages were created via image processing partly incorporating a scan from the CD booklet of the album "Electric Cafe". It was used without permission.
The Pierson's Puppetteer and Rugose Floater images on my Barlowe fan page belong to Wayne Douglas Barlowe and are used without permission.
The images related to the personality tests on my personal info page were created by the originators of the respective tests and many contain trademarked characters.
