ED the Fighting Wireframe was really a nice dude, but his boss, Giga Bowser, was not.
Giga Bowser wanted to take over the Mushroom Kingdom, and then all other Kingdoms, by having the Fighting Wireframes launch an all-out assault! However, ED had other plans...

When Pshcho and Delic arrived I told them what to do, but they did not speak my language so I had to talk Klingon. So I said,
"Ooga booga! Ting tang walla walla bing bang! Shazzam!" Unfortunately, I don't speak Klingon either, so this didn't help. However, it turns out my words were a mortal insult in Ed's native language, and he suffered a fatal heart attack as a result. Thus, the Mushroom Kingdom, and all others, were saved.
